Perfect tour service.
Perfect buses, very interesting and knowledgeable guides (I think my guide's name was Lilit), and a very low price.
I paid 5,500 drams for the trip (about 500 rubles - $18).
The price included the ride, the tour, cold water, croissants, and perfect company from a group of foreigners)))

I’ve just returned from Armenia—on July 23—where I’d been for the first time. I’m full of impressions and gratitude.
I’m grateful to the whole well-coordinated and professional team at Hyur-servise for organizing my varied and more-than-three-week holiday, and for your help and support when an emergency arose toward the end of my stay in Armenia.

My introduction to your wonderful country began with my correspondence with the fantastic manager Anna Melkumyan, and a lot of what I experienced was possible thanks to her. We exchanged dozens of emails as we discussed and “sorted out” the dates of my stay, when and where to book a convenient, affordable apartment, and how to schedule my excursions (during my 17 days in Yerevan, I went on excursions for 11 days), including a customized, non-standard excursion at my request. Thank you again and again, Anna!

When I arrived, I was in the “caring hands” of the maintenance and cleaning staff, who were always ready to help at the first call and solve any household issue, even a minor one—from a loose screw on a cabinet door handle to fixing an air conditioner that suddenly started “growling.” Thank you to the dispatch team, and to you personally, Arman Minasyan!

As I’ve already mentioned :), I spent most of my time in Yerevan going on excursions. And that’s when I found myself in an unexpectedly rich language environment, surrounded by attentive care and warm hospitality from the well-coordinated teams of guides and drivers along the way.

Of the 9 standard routes, I went on 3 with Lilit Suchyan, 2 with Tatevik Oganesyan, 2 with Alla Avagyan and 2 with Rubina (?—she’s not listed under Our Team :().
Ladies! A deep bow and my personal thanks to each of you! I feel that if I’d spent just a little more time immersed in your ocean of languages, I would have started speaking English myself (laughs)—you led our tours so easily and naturally in 2, sometimes even 3 languages at once, switching between languages and questions at an enviable speed! Thank you all for making every excursion with you so interesting and comfortable!

None of the journeys I made around Armenia would have been so enjoyable and fascinating without the work of your outstanding drivers—I’m not afraid to use that word. During my tour, I was driven by Armen Torosyan, Levon Akopyan and Arik Melkonyan. Thank you all together and each of you individually for making me feel safe and comfortable on Armenia’s challenging roads!

Special thanks to those who drove me on individual trips and handled all the unusual road and other situations that came up: Levon Ambardzumyan, for accompanying me individually for 2 days, and Norik Gevorkyan, for taking me to Ijevan and back, and for your invaluable help at the airport.

I hope to visit Armenia again with your help, dear members of the Hyur-servise team, so I’ll say, “Until we meet again”!
