Colorful Armenia unfolds over 7 days, from Gyumri and Etchmiadzin to Tatev, Areni, Noravank, Garni, Geghard and beyond.

Every day adds a different hue: Gyumri's lively warmth, Etchmiadzin's spiritual calm, the deep greens and cliffs around Tatev, Noravank's red rock and Garni's golden stone. The week stands out because Gyumri, Tatev and the Khor Virap-Noravank road are given time to unfold instead of becoming quick photo stops.

Gyumri begins the experience with the Black Fortress, the Gyumri Urban Life Museum (Dzitoghtsyan), historic streets and Harichavank. Etchmiadzin adds Christian heritage through St. Hripsime, St. Gayane and Zvartnots, while a longer southern excursion brings Hin Areni Winery, Shaki Waterfall and the Wings of Tatev ropeway. Khor Virap, Birds' Cave and Noravank form another memorable chapter of Ararat views, wine history and red cliffs.

Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, Geghard Monastery and lavash baking complete the palette with nature, history and flavor. This 7-day tour package feels like Armenia painted in vivid, memorable strokes.

Accommodation

3* hotels: City Centre Hotel, Elysium Gallery Hotel, Mandarin Hotel, Orbeli Hotel or similar.
4* hotels: Ani Central Inn Hotel, Ani Plaza Hotel, Bass Boutique Hotel, President Hotel, Opera Suite Hotel, Median Hotel City Center Yerevan, Hayasa Hotel Yerevan, Felinger Concept Hotel or similar.

Meals

Breakfast: Included in the package and served at the hotel.
Lunch: Not included. For tours over 6 hours, we arrange a restaurant stop. Lunch costs 10.81 USD – 13.58 USD, payable directly to the restaurant.
Dinner: Not included.

Deposit

To secure the booking, you can pay just 20% of the package price.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the order, the paid amount is refunded. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 20% of the package price is not refunded.

Can my hotel stay and this itinerary be done privately instead of in a group?

Sure, your hotel stay and the same tour itinerary can be arranged on a private basis, however, a corresponding recalculation of the price will be required.

Is there any free time in the evenings after the daily tours?

Yes, you'll have your evenings free to spend as you wish, whether relaxing, exploring on your own, or enjoying the local atmosphere.

Will there be much walking in Gyumri on Day 2?

Yes, expect about 1-2 hours of walking to fully enjoy the city's charm and history.

Can I visit the "Treasures of Etchmiadzin" Museum on Day 3?

Yes, you can visit the museum during the stop at the Mother Cathedral. Please note that the entrance fee is not included in the tour package price and is payable on the spot.

Is Shaki Waterfall always powerful?

The water flow of Shaki Waterfall depends on the season and may vary.

Will there be walking on Days 5 and 6?

Yes. On Day 5, you'll need to walk about 180 m (with some stairs) to reach Khor Virap Monastery, plus a short stair climb to the Birds' Cave. The effort is rewarded with breathtaking views and a fascinating cave experience. On Day 6, reaching Geghard Monastery requires a walk of about 160 m.
