Dear Hyur Service,
I spent 12 beautiful days in Armenia, and took part in 4 of your tours. Unfortunately I couldn't rate you on Tripadvisor, but I think I have to share my thoughts with you.
I took part in the following tours: 14 August (Khor Virap etc), 15th August (Garni Temple etc), 16th August (Etzchmiadzin etc), 21 August (Amberd etc). I would like to emphasize that during these tours both the drivers and the guides were excellent, everything went smoothly. I would like to emphasize the kindness, attention of Mariam (Garni Temple) and Samuel (Amberd), who very patiently answered all the questions, and they were full of pride and love and also knoledge about their homeland. Thank you for letting me know about your beautiful country, piece of my heart is still there.

I flew in with a friend. We’re Armenian, but we live in Russia, so we hadn’t yet seen the sights of our homeland. We booked these tours:
24.08.2023 - Tsaghkadzor (Kecharis Monastery, one stop on the cable car), Lake Sevan (Sevanavank Monastery), a treat of Sevan trout barbecue - the driver’s name was Ludwig; unfortunately, I can’t remember the guide’s name.
26.08.2023 - Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, lavash-baking master class – I can’t remember the driver’s name; the guide was Anahit.
27.08.2023 - Amberd Fortress, Mount Aragats, Lake Kari, Aregi dried fruit and eco-products factory, Saghmosavank Monastery, Armenian Alphabet Alley – driver Khachik, guide Varduhi.
28.08.2023 - Khor Virap Monastery, Birds’ Cave (Areni-1), In Areni Winery (tour and tasting), Noravank Monastery – driver Mavrik jan, guide Lia.
29.08.2023 - Gyumri (Museum of Urban Life, Black Fortress, walk along the old streets), Arichavank – driver Levon Hakobyan, guide Varduhi.
30.08.2023 - Echmiadzin (Hripsime, Gayane, the Cathedral from the outside, Museum of the Treasures of Echmiadzin), Zvartnots – driver Levon Hakobyan, guide Arpi.
It was very interesting to hear about the general history of Armenia first, and then about each specific site we visited. All the guides are knowledgeable professionals who love what they do (you could tell). They always answered any questions that came up with a smile.
The idea of treating us to gata was wonderful. I love it, so getting some each time was a lovely surprise)
All the buses were comfortable, and the drivers drove very carefully and never sped, for which I’m enormously grateful to them.
During the trip, they showed us the menu for the restaurant we’d visit for lunch, and we had to choose one of three dishes. When we arrived at the restaurant, the table was already set, and we paid the restaurant staff directly (so this amount wasn’t included in the tour price). The food was delicious everywhere, and there was plenty for everyone.
On the way back from the first and second-to-last tours, they played music by Armenian composers. It was so nice to return, looking at the views of Armenia and listening to pieces by Babadzhanian, Mansurian, etc.
When we were in Gyumri, Varduhi kindly agreed to walk me to the street where the film “Mer Mankutyan Tangon” was shot, and showed me that very balcony. I’m so grateful to her for that)
We visited so many beautiful places; the views were simply magnificent. I recommend them to everyone.
I recommend bringing some warm clothes.
My friend and I had a wonderful vacation, and we’re enormously grateful to the “Yur Service” company and all its staff.

Очень интересно было послушать общую историю Армении, а потом уже про конкретный объект посещения. Все экскурсоводы грамотные специалисты, любящие своё дело (это было видно). Всегда с улыбкой отвечали на вопросы, которые могли возникнуть.
Замечательная идея с угощением гатой, я её очень люблю, поэтому было приятным сюрпризом её получать каждый раз)
Автобусы все комфортабельные, водители едут очень аккуратно, не превышают скорость, за что им огромная благодарность.
Во время поездки нам показывали меню ресторана, который мы посетим во время обеда, мы должны выбрать одно из трех блюд. По прибытию в ресторан стол был уже накрыт, оплачивали уже сотрудникам ресторана (т.е. эта сумма не входит в стоимость тура). Еда была везде очень вкусная, хватало всем.
В первый и предпоследний тур на обратном пути включали музыку армянских композиторов, было очень приятно возвращаться, смотря на виды Армении, и слушать произведения Бабаджаняна, Мансуряна и т.д.
Когда были в Гюмри, Вардуи любезно согласилась провести меня до улицы, на которой проходили съемки фильма «Мер манкуцян тангон», показала мне тот самый балкончик. За что ей очень благодарна)
Очень много красивых мест посетили, виды просто великолепные. Всем советую.
Советую брать с собой одежду потеплее.
Провели с подругой чудесный отпуск, за что огромная благодарность компании «Йур Сервис» и всем её сотрудникам.

Key points
Hotel accommodations in Ani plaza at Yerevan was helpful to approach supermarkets, restaurants
Drivers were very polite and never exceeded speed limit
Entrance tickets were arranged and handed over to us.
Armine responded patiently for all request and arranged as per request.
PCR TEST was arranged at hotel
I would strongly recommend Hyer service.
