Let me to send you my best wishes of Happy New Year 2012, peace and love in your families, good friends and success in your personal and professional life. And merry and blessed Christmas time for you all.

Let me also to thank you for your cooperation in preparation of our tour to Armenia this year; several participants told me at the Yerevan airport that our trip was their best tour ever, and the success goes mainly to what Nina in the office and Rubina in the bus did for us.

The next year I am not going to organize a new tour, I am not a travel professional, I just wanted to show Armenia to my friend and I guess I succeeded to make more than 70 people to fall in love with your country, but now I need to relax a bit. Nevertheless I left a part of my heart in Geghama mountains, and I also have so many friends in Armenia that I feel I will come again.

Nous vous remercions pour les souhaits émis à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année et tenons par le présent courriel à vous signaler que notre séjour en Arménie organisé par vos soins, reste toujours gravé dans nos mémoires.

En effet, nous ne pouvions que nous réjouir de l'excellence du service fourni par tout le Personnel de HYUR. A commencer par Mme Anna Melkoumian qui en 48 heures, a organisé pour nous un séjour complet de 14 jours à la carte et ce durant une période chargée (festivités du 28 Mai). Ce séjour s'est déroulé sans aucun encombre. Et puis, il est impossible d'oublier Baron Norig Gevorgyan et Mlle Sona Abrahamian qui nous ont accompagné et guidé durant les 7 jours passés dans les régions; qui nous ont couvé d'attention et de gentillesse couplés par un comportement professionnel exemplaire. Même observation pour ceux qui nous ont accompagné ponctuellement comme M. Vartan et M. Levon.

Nous pouvons affirmer sans hésitations que vous êtes une équipe de professionnels sachant prendre des initiatives et de s'adapter à des différentes situations en les gérant intelligemment.

Nous sommes convaincus que ce niveau de professionnalisme ne serait atteint que grâce à la volonté de vos Dirigeants qui ont su adopter les moyens adéquats pour former une équipe aussi efficace.

Nous vous remercions tous, vous Anna, vous Baron Norig, vous Sona pour nous avoir permis de passer un séjour inoubliable.

In October 11 we stayed 2 weeks in Yerewan in a rented apartment. The apartment was central, well equipped and comfortable.The pick up from the airport and back was good organized. As we did not know anything practical about Armenia, had not met a person who had stayed there, we were really surprised when the agent who took us from the airport gave us maps of the town, brochures of excusions all over the country. So we could choose between three different excursions everyday. The prices were extremely reasonable,the buses were very comfortable and modern equipped, the guide spoke in three different languages and we met interesting people from all over the world. We participated in five excursions and saw a lot of the country.
I am sure we are coming back as we also met lovely local people we have got regular contact with.
We can only give a high recommendation of Hyur Service!

Впервые побывали в октябре в Армении.Во многом благодаря усилиям Алины Молитвиной, Норика Геворкяна, Рубины Василян и всего вашего клллектива ,сделавшего наш недельный тур безукоризненно организованным, насыщенным и максимально приближенным к нашим желаниям, мы полюбили вашу чрезвычайно доброжелательную прекрасную страну. С удовольствием вспоминаем наш визит и строим планы по посещению мест,где еще не бывали. Спасибо!

It is now more than 4 months since we came back to Spain but it seem to us that it was just yesterday that we were enjoying the Armenian hospitality and the kindness and profesionality of all your employees. Хочу поблагодарить коллектив компании "Йур Сервис". За быстрый ответ, встречу, за предоставление аренды жилья, за уборку квартиры. Я долго думала, переживала, не могла опредилиться, но мне помог коллектив компании "Йур Сервис" в выборе квартиры. Встретили в аэропорту, предоставили машину, показали жильё, где что находиться по близости. Я очень благодарна Вам за такое обслуживание. И советую всем, кто летит в Ереван обратитесь пожалуйста в "Йур Сервис", Вам там обязательно помогут в выборе жилья. Там есть даже экскурсии, я правда не была, но по откликам, я поняла, что совершила большую ошибку, что не поехала. Но думаю, даже теперь знаю, что теперь это не проблема. Я всегда буду пользоваться услугами, только этой компании. И цены Вас удивят, каждому по карману. Я была впервые в Ереване и пусть зимой, не всё смогла увидить, но я просто влюбилась в этот город. И я знаю где можно теперь отдахнуть от нашей Московской суеты. Можно много говорить, но лучше увидить своими глазами. Так, что народ, поезжайте и не пожалеете. А "Йур Сервис" о Вас позаботиться. Сделает Ваш отдых, лучшим. Я поздравляю компанию "Йур Сервис" с наступающим Новым годом и Рождеством! Желаю процветания.
