Dear Mrs. Naira and the whole Hyur Service Team,

Now that I am back home in Italy, I would really like to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my private tours in Armenia and, in particular, for my two guides, Nina and Raffi.

Both of them are truly special people and contributed enormously to making my trip to Armenia exactly as I had hoped it would be.

I spent my first tour with Nina, and I immediately appreciated her kindness, friendliness and the very natural way she introduced me to Armenia. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and visiting Yerevan, Garni and Geghard with her was a perfect introduction to the country and its history.

I would especially like to mention Raffi. As a teacher of Religion in an Italian school, with a particular interest in the history of religions and Christianity, I tend to pay great attention to historical and religious explanations. Raffi was simply excellent. His explanations were extremely detailed, accurate and never superficial. He was able to go deeper into many topics, answer my numerous questions and give me the historical and religious context I was really looking for.

Visiting places such as Khor Virap, Noravank, Matenadaran, Oshakan, Saghmosavank and, of course, Echmiadzin with him was a truly enriching experience. I did not simply visit these places: thanks to his explanations, I was able to understand them much better.

Beyond their professional skills, both Nina and Raffi are wonderful people. Their kindness, patience and availability made every day pleasant and relaxed. They were not simply guides accompanying me from one place to another; they really contributed to making my journey to Armenia perfect.

I had wanted to visit Armenia for a long time, especially because of my interest in its Christian history, and I returned to Italy completely satisfied with my experience. A large part of this is certainly thanks to Nina and Raffi.

Please share my sincere thanks and appreciation with both of them, and especially my compliments to Raffi for his extraordinary knowledge and the quality of his explanations.Thank you, Naira and the whole Hyur Service team, for the excellent organization and for choosing such professional and special people.

Отлично провели время, Ёсиф нас катал на Автобусе, а Санвел работал гидом очень хорошо погуляли, вкусная рыба на обед!!!

I am now back at home after having spent 11 fantastic days in Armenia. Everything was perfect. I would like to thank you for the help you provided me when I was planning my trip and for the professionalism of the guides during the tours.

I have completed reviews in Trip Advisor for all the tours I took but I wanted to send my impressions directly to you. I enjoyed every bit of what I did (tours and hotel) Only one minor negative point: Hin Areni Wine factory, Shaki waterfall, Tatev. This tour was unnecessarily long and tiring. I would eliminate the stop at Hin Areni wine factory in order to save time. Anyway this visit is included in several other tours. (in fact I did it twice and I enjoyed it much more the second time because it included lunch at their restaurant which was very good).

Очень понравилась экскурсия. Гид Арпи и водитель Мавр сделали нашу поездку комфортной, интересной и увлекательной. Показали нам красивые места, которые являются визитной карточкой Армении. Арни очень интересно рассказывала про исторические события , связанные с этими местами. Спасибо за прекрасную поездку.

Хотим выразить благодарность компании Hyur service, гиду Марьям и водителю Григорию за организацию и проведение индивидуальной экскурсии в Эчмиадзин, Гарни, Гегарда, "Симфонию камней". По нашей просьбе по сути 2 экскурсии были объединены в один день. 11-часовая экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании благодаря гиду Марьям, ее эрудированности в различных областях древней и современной истории Армении и искреннему желанию поделиться знаниями с туристами. Уже по окончании экскурсии на обратном она смогла рассказать немало интересного и полезного для нашего дальнейшего самостоятельного путешествия. Огромное спасибо за тот заряд познавательной энергии, с которым мы продолжили знакомиться с замечательной страной Арменией.

Хотела бы выразить особую благодарность гиду Акобу и водителю Аруту за отличную экскурсию, комфортную поездку и интересные рассказы о городе! Мы посетили ЖД СТАНЦИЯ ЕРЕВАНА, памятник Давиду Сасунци, Бульварное кольцо Еревана, проспект Баграмяна, улица Абовяна, памятник Мать Армения, Аллея Героев и Славы, Каскад и улица А.Таманяна и много других интересных мест , по дороге Акоб рассказывал нам много интересных историй , экскурсия прошла в очень душевной обстановке .

Мы вернулись в Казань довольные, счастливые и влюбленные в Армению! Спасибо вам за организацию!
Все было так, как я загадала и даже лучше : программа, гид, водитель, питание, отель ) и даже погода как по заказу !
