A fairytale vision of Armenia unfolds over 6 days, from Gyumri and Etchmiadzin to Tatev, Shaki Waterfall, Garni, Geghard, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank.

The package feels cinematic without losing its Armenian character. Dark-stone streets, sacred cathedrals, deep gorges, waterfalls, mountain roads and lake horizons create a travel story rich in atmosphere. Its charm lies in the variety: Gyumri's personality, Etchmiadzin's grace, the heights of Tatev and Sevan's blue openness all appear in one flowing journey.

Gyumri opens the route with historic streets, the Black Fortress, the Gyumri Urban Life Museum (Dzitoghtsyan) and Harichavank. Etchmiadzin adds spiritual depth through St. Hripsime, St. Gayane and Zvartnots, while the southern excursion brings Hin Areni Winery, Shaki Waterfall and Tatev, reached by the dramatic Wings of Tatev ropeway over Vorotan Gorge.

The final full day brings Garni, Geghard, lavash baking, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank into a bright final chapter. With professional guides and a route filled with color, texture and movement, six days in Armenia become a travel tale you can truly experience.

Accommodation

3* hotels: City Centre Hotel, Elysium Gallery Hotel, Mandarin Hotel, Orbeli Hotel or similar.
4* hotels: Ani Central Inn Hotel, Ani Plaza Hotel, Bass Boutique Hotel, President Hotel, Opera Suite Hotel, Median Hotel City Center Yerevan, Hayasa Hotel Yerevan, Felinger Concept Hotel or similar.

Meals

Breakfast: Included in the package and served at the hotel.
Lunch: Not included. For tours over 6 hours, we arrange a restaurant stop. Lunch costs 11 USD – 14 USD, payable directly to the restaurant.
Dinner: Not included.

Deposit

To secure the booking, you can pay just 20% of the package price.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the order, the paid amount is refunded. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 20% of the package price is not refunded.

Are the listed attractions guaranteed to be visited, or may the itinerary change due to weather or other circumstances?

The itinerary is generally fixed. In rare cases, weather conditions or temporary access restrictions may require adjustments. Any replacement will be chosen to preserve the overall quality of the experience.

Will there be opportunities to buy souvenirs during the tours?

Yes. Souvenirs are available at or near many of the attractions, including handmade crafts, sweets, and dried fruits. Availability varies by route and stop.

Is there much walking involved in Gyumri on Day 2?

Yes, plan for about 1-2 hours of walking to fully enjoy the city's beauty and history.

Will there be a chance to visit the "Treasures of Etchmiadzin" museum during the tour on Day 3?

Yes, you can normally visit the "Treasures of Etchmiadzin" museum during the stop at the Mother Cathedral. However, the museum is closed during Divine Liturgy. The admission ticket is not included in the tour package price and must be purchased on site.

Is the flow of Shaki Waterfall high?

The flow of Shaki Waterfall varies depending on the season.

How much walking is involved on Day 5?

You will need to walk about 160 m to reach Geghard Monastery and climb around 200 steps to reach Sevanavank Monastery.
