What happens in case there are not enough participants for a group tour?
The tour will take place regardless of the number of participants, and even in case there is only YOU on the board. We are committed to providing a memorable experience, so rest assured – the group tour will not be canceled due to low attendance.
What should I bring with me on the day of the group tours?
Comfortable weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, cash Armenian Drams for the lunch in the restaurant and souvenirs or glass of wine, swimsuit in case of traveling to Lake Sevan, great mood, as well as a camera to capture special moments!
Is the duration of each tour fixed?
The average duration for each tour is fixed and mentioned on our website, however it may slightly vary depending on such factors as traffic jams, weather conditions, or else the group's pace. If you have specific time constraints or concerns, kindly consult with us in advance – before the booking.
Is it possible for us to sit next to each other in the vehicle if we are a couple?
Seats are not assigned in advance for group tours. To sit next to each other, we recommend arriving at the meeting point as early as possible. If it doesn't work out, stay positive – consider it as an opportunity to make some new acquaintances along the way 😊
How is the lunch organized?
Lunch is not included in the price of the group tours. For the ones lasting more than 6 hours, a lunch stop is scheduled. So as to ensure the convenience of our guests, we have made special arrangements with local restaurants with Armenian cuisine to offer the best value-for-money meal options. Menus are provided in advance on the vehicle, before arriving to the restaurant. Thus, you can choose from the 4 available menu options. At the restaurant, each participant pays his/her own bill directly. Please, have cash Armenian Drams with you for credit card payments are not always accepted there.
What happens if weather is unfavorable on the day of the tour?
Tours generally operate rain or shine. However, nature is unpredictable and in case of severe weather conditions, we may reschedule or cancel the group tour for safety reasons. Surely, you will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Are the group tours conducted in multiple languages?
Yes, our group tours are mainly conducted in English and Russian consecutively. If you wish to book a tour in one language only, kindly consider booking the
private tours of our company. You can choose between English, Russian, Armenian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, as well as Chinese language guided private trips.
Is tipping the guide and driver mandatory?
Tipping is not mandatory, but it is appreciated, especially when you are satisfied with the service provided. We offer pick-up service for the group tours only from the hotels listed on our website. If the hotel of your stay is not on the list, you can either select a nearby hotel to be picked-up from or else make your own way to our meeting point – "Hyur Service" Head office at

I booked a group tour online, but I haven't been contacted yet. What should I do?
If you have received an online confirmation to your e-mail address, then there is no need to worry – your tour is for 100% confirmed. We will reach out only in case additional information is required from your side or if our team has important updates to share with you.
Can I reserve a tour now but pay later – before the departure?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a group tour without making a payment. If you ever encounter any difficulties during the booking process, please, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Can I make changes in my booking?
