First of all, apologies for my late email. Work has been hectic ever since I came back from Armenia.

Second of all, I would like to THANK YOU for everything you and your staff has done for me and my mom during our stay in Armenia. We had a great time and found Armenia BEAUTIFUL J
I would also like to congratulate your team and thank them a lot for their efforts, service and excellent information they have given us during our tours. And a BIG THANK YOU for Lilit & Alla for their exquisite service and friendliness. They've been very professional and at the same time, gave us all the information needed on each tour.
Also, I would like to thank the drivers: Harout and Vartan, and the driver who took us to Lake Sevan ( I forgot his nameL ). They are very friendly and nice and made our tour experience very pleasant.

Since I work in events and have a lot of experiences with agencies that provides services like yours, however I would like to point out that Hyur services has been the best agency I've dealt with so far!!

И назрело пожелание: было бы очень интересно если бы у вас были программы конных прогулок, а так же экскурсии в арм. деревню на всякие старинные/народные производства- производство домашнего вина,ковры,гончары, кузнецы, резчики по камню, дереву и т.д.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, bei meinem Aufenthalt in Yerevan von Ihnen betreut zu werden. Obwohl ich mich nur in meiner Muttersprache verständigen konnte, wurde ich doch fürsorglich auf den Touren nach Geghard und Jermuk von den Reiseleiterinnen und vor allem auch in Ihrem Büreo betreut.
Danke dafür. Ich werde sicher noch einmal kommen.
