Bonjour,

De retour chez nous en Provence, nous tenions à remercier toute l'équipe de Hyur Service
qui nous a réservé une excursion au monastère de Khor Virap, à la cave de vin Aréni et
au complexe monastique de Noravank.
En particulier notre guide Nora qui nous a fait découvrir et aimer votre beau pays avec une très grande gentillesse.
Son savoir sur l'Arménie est impressionnant et notre journée a été très enrichissante.
Nous n'oublions pas votre chauffeur Norik pour son amabilité et sa maitrise de la conduite qui nous a fait traverser
de merveilleux paysages.

Bonjour Ana Melkumyan,

C'est avec beaucoup de regret que je vous envoie ce dernier message (pour cette fois!!!).

Erevan est une ville réellement à découvrir qui a beaucoup de facettes, belle, agréable, où goût et culture se côtoient, où il fait bon vivre, nous avons été très heureux ces 14 jours parmi vous.
Bien sûr, des endroits moins plaisants en périphérie ne nous ont pas échappés et nous aimerions que le bien-être de tous ces gens qui n'ont pas nos ressources puisse s'améliorer. Nous le souhaitons très fort. Nous avons eu également le plaisir d'être reçu par une famille qui nous a fait un accueil des plus chaleureux et un repas gargantuesque!!!....nous avons avec
cette famille, dont deux membres parlent le français, gardé des contacts plus personnels, ce qui pour nous est un enrichissement supplémentaire.

Nous étions finalement bien logés à l'hôtel Hrazdan, le personnel très
accueillant et respectueux de tous, nous a beaucoup aidé au quotidien. Et, en point d'orgue, le service Huyr était à la mesure de nos attentes, tout simplement parfait. Grâce à vous nos vacances ont été des plus réussies.

Nous pensons déjà à un prochain voyage, nous ferons alors la Géorgie avec un retour chez vous, en Arménie.

Несмотря на то,что мы с мужем побывали в Армении этим летом, прекрасные воспоминания о вашей гостепреимной стране и людях не покидают нас.
Спасибо за прекрасно организованную программу по Еревану и его окресностям, особенно спасибо экскурсоводу Наире и водителю Овсепу. С вами мы чувствовали себя как в гостях близких друзей. Все было прекрасно подготовлено, никакой заминки. Рейс был ночной, когда мы вышли из аэропорта, машина уже ждала нас. Когда мы захотели с мужем изменить нашу культурную программу, сотрудники вашей фирмы оперативно организовали нам новый план.

Dear Lilit,

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tours with your company and how professional and knowledgable your guides were. We had Mary for Garni/Geghard and Khor Virap/Noravank and Ani and her trainees for Sardarabad. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I have recommended your company to several people.

Unfortunately, on two of the days, I came down with diarrhea mid-tour and they were all very kind and caring (and supplied with medication). I am very grateful for that.
