I would just like to say thank you to your company for wonderful trip to your company. The arrangements worked really well and we had a very good time.

Both the drivers Levon and Aro were very good. Always punctual for the collections, looking after us and driving carefully around.

We are writing to thank you for your very nice arrangement for our trip in Armenia We are impressed by your very professional service and prompt responses whenever we were in need of assistance, especially for urgent matters like on the day before departure we suddenly required a taxi... We passed by your office by chance that day and wanted to thank you in person but you were not around... haha ^^

We wanted to thank our driver Mr. Arthur Hovsepyan again for his effort for communication with us even he couldn't speak English, and he always stopped the van for us to take beautiful photos along the route after he picked us up from the border, the only day that's with beautiful sunshine during our whole trip indeed.

And our tour-guide Nurik was also so nice and helpful. We remembered her saying: "Excuses for coming back..." when the misty weather made some scenery unclear and even hiden in the mist.... haha.... the English-speaking driver was also nice.

We are glad to have had your company for our trip in Armenia and appreciate your professional service !!

We had a very good and professional services and have no doubt to choose same services in eventual future trip to Armenia.
Every thing was perfect and pleasant and all members of stuff from car services peakup in airport to office workers and cleaning services was excellent.
I suggest use of Hyur Service to any visitor.
Suggestion to Hyur sevice : Add on descriptions of Appartments also the number of Bath rooms

Dear ladies

I just wanted to tell you three ladies thank you very much. We had a wonderful time in Armenia. The apartment location was absolutely perfect. The things available in the apartment were wonderful.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help. I came to the office once to try to meet you three, but you weren't there. At least I met you on line.

Ma femme et moi, ainsi que nos amis les Kansabédian, sommes rentrés au Canada le 5 octobre 2016 comme prévu.

Notre tour privé du 23 au 26 septembre 2016 à Artsakh que vous nous avez organisé sur nos instructions s'est très bien passé.

Le transport était confortable et Lévon, notre chauffeur, a été excellent conducteur, courtois, discret et serviable. Il connaissait bien les lieux. Malgré le brouillard épais et un problème mécanique du van, il a tout fait pour que nous ressentions le moins possible les conséquences: il a su s'organiser pour appliquer le programme tel que prévu. Lévon nous a accommodé lorsqu'il fallait, par exemple s'arrêter pour prendre une photos etc...

Les hôtels étaient bons même si celui de Goris était rustique, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché d'y avoir un séjour agréable.

Le programme a été appliqué comme prévu à l'exception des chutes de Chaki près de Sissian que nous avons manquées à cause des circonstances indépendantes de notre volonté et de celle de Lévon.: cette dernière visite a été remplacé par une autre dont j'oublie le nom en ce moment.

Les restaurants où nous avons mangé étaient très bons.

Bref le tout était excellent. Continuer votre beau travail...
