Бесконечно благодарна всему персоналу Hyur Service (операторам в офисе, водителям и гидам) за профессионализм и возможность знакомства с самобытной культурой и глубокой историей Армении. В течении всего 4 прекрасно организованных экскурсий (Гарни, Герард, Хор Вирап, Эчмиадзин, оз. Севан, etc.) мне посчастливилось узнать много нового, увидеть своими глазами главные природные, культурные и исторические достопримечательности, оценить открытость, оргомное дружелюбие и гостеприимство армянского народа. Отдельная благодарность Hyur Service за возможность попробовать во время экскурсии невероятно вкусную национальную еду и прекрасные местные вина. Мне повезло, что такие прекрасные люди как Арпи, Нина и Эдуард (Hyur Service цените их, пожалуйста) - настоящие профессионалы своего дела и истинные патриоты были гидами при знакомстве с Арменией. Благодаря вашим знаниям и стараниям прошедшие экскурсии запомнятся на всю оставшуюся жизнь, - обещаю. Спасибо также водителям, не все задумывались о том, что мастерства этих скромных парней зависела безопасность целой группы туристов. Вы молодцы, профессионалы, всегда готовые помочь ребята, было приятно и очень комфортно быть пассажиром в вашем автобусе.

My wife, Indumathy and I would like to offer our deep sense of appreciation to Hyur Service for three wonderful tours that we undertook from 19th April 2023 to 21st April 2023. Your company is extremely professional in the way it organizes its tours and your tour guides and drivers are excellent. Further, your vehicles are clean, well maintained and the drivers are very safe.
I would like to particularly mention one of your tour guides - Rose. In many organizations like yourself, the relationship between the customer & the business is transactional i.e people book a tour, the tour last 8 - 10 hours and the transaction is over. However, there are people who give that 'something extra' that makes for an exceptional experience and Rose is that person. She engages very well with the entire group, goes beyond the general duties of being a tour guide and makes the entire group feel like an extended part of her family. These rare gems of people deliver the difference between a good experience and a great experience. She makes particular mentions of her drivers & their names many times in the tour so that their important role in the tour is well understood and the names of the drivers also stick in the tour group minds. Therefore, I would like to make mention also to two of our drivers - Chris & Levon who provided a stellar driving experience.
Hyur is a great company and true to your name you make Guests feel welcome and relaxed when tourists come to a new country when their thought process is unsettled.
Well done to you and your team & sincere thanks and appreciation.
