Hi Nina,

My wife and I just wrapped up a 10-day private tour arranged by Hyur Service. We were totally impressed by the professionalism shown by the employees of the company, from Nina, who was my contact person and who set up the itinerary according to my interests (mainly archaeology); Alla, our fantastic English-speaking guide whose knowledge and enthusiasm made this one of the most memorable trips of our lives; and Vartan, our driver who navigated us around some pretty serious potholes without mishap. We recommend using Hyur without hesitation. Some tips: stay at Villa Delenda in Yerevan- wonderful rooms (especially Erebuni or Ani), great breakfast, wonderful people, good value and central location; eat ponchik (cream-filled beignets) at Grand Candy on Mashtots St, at the foot of the Matenadaran; visit in May or October for optimal weather; and go to all the sites offered by Hyur, especially Garni, Geghard Monastery, Tatev Monastery and Noravank Monastery

Dear Sir or Madam,
We visited Armenia last week and booked accommodation and tours through your company, Hyur Service. Every person with whom we came in contact was thoroughly professional, helpful and friendly. We don't remember the names of the staff in the office who organized accommodation for us (in a very busy time in Yerevan) but they were extremely friendly and efficient. Lilit and the trainee staff who were our tour guides to Khor Virap were knowledgeable and very entertaining. The bus driver, too, drove with care throughout the tour. Anna who organized our two day tour from Yerevan to Tblisi was highly efficient, thorough and very friendly and Levon was an extremely courteous and safe driver and very pleasant company. We thoroughly enjoyed our two days in the car and our night at Nina's B & B in Dilijan.

Please pass on our thanks to your thoroughly professional staff. We will pass on the name of Hyur Service to anyone visiting Armenia.

Добрый день! Марианна, пишу Вам, чтобы поблагодарить Вас за прием и хорошую организацию тура! Также хотим поблагодарить за работу с нашей непростой группой нашего гида Нину и нашего водителя Рубена. Они просто молодцы, что смогли справится с туристами! Всем туристам очень понравилось путешествие и, похоже, что все 14 человек наших туристов приедут вновь в Армению, но теперь с женами и детьми. Не знаю когда и как, но приедут. Видно было, что все были поражены тем как их принимали, какая интересная страна, какой хороший сервис и т.д.
Вообщем наша с Вами цель была достигнута - мы смогли с Вами показать Армению, чтобы туристы влюбились в страну. Еще раз большое спасибо!
Марианна, я только хочу извиниться, что не смогла зайти к Вам в офис в понедельник, так как , вернувшись из Гарни - Гегарда мне пришлось долго ждать в отеле GOLDEN TULIP решения вопроса по документам для бухгалтерии, продлению некоторых номеров и т.д. Марианна, в следующий раз я как буду в Ереване обязательно к Вам зайду, чтобы еще раз Вас поблагодарить и передать Вам русский сувенир.
