Hi Diana,

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the drivers for your very efficient and friendly service!

We were able to enjoy three tours within our short stay, some of which were arranged at short notice and it was all very stress free and reasonably priced.

As you know, for two of the tours we were in two groups from different hotels and also had our grandma with us who had mobility issues - everything was excellently coordinated and the drivers were all extremely friendly, polite and professional, and made us feel very safe and comfortable!

It is the first time I used Hyur service but will definitely book with you again and will highly recommend to any friends / family visiting Armenia.

Thank you for accommodating us in a day's time. Tsoghik, our guide, was super knowledgable and spoke excellent English. Her explanations were very clear and to the point. She handled every one of our questions easily and with great detail. She really knows her stuff and is a credit to your organization.

Likewise, our driver, Tsolak, was very careful and courteous. He also represented Hyur Service admirably.

They both made today a very informative and successful trip.

Спасибо что поздравили нас с юбилеем (27 июля у нас с мужем было 30 летие брака!). Это было очень трогательно. Потрясающая организация экскурсий, очень профессиональные гиды (отдельный привет и благодарность Розе), супер водители (по тем еще дорогам...).

Все очень продумано, с душой...
вода, булочки, wi-fi. Мы поняли что сделали правильный выбор- на наш юбилей увидеть родину предков (отец и дед мужа из Армении)!

В Армении 4 дня, 3 из которых экскурсионных. Армения - историческая страна. Благодаря нашему гиду, узнали факты, про которые не пишут в путеводителях.

Наш гид Ирен обладает большим багажом интересных исторических фактов, с которыми в интересной и доступной форме с удовольствием делится. К сожалению, скоро улетать. Но есть желание вернуться.

Спасибо турфирме за высококлассного гида и профессиональных водителей, обеспечивших безопасное и комфортно перемещение по стране.

Обзорная экскурсия по Еревану очень понравилась, было очень познавательно, во многом благодаря экскурсоводу.
