During a Transfer there can be additional stops and site visits only in case of real possibility. Should there be significant detours, the Company performs recalculation, which may result in the necessity of additional charge.
The durations of the transfers, presented on the Website, are approximate. They are calculated, basing on normal traffic load.
Citizens of certain countries must obtain a visa when ordering a Transfer Service to Georgia, and in some cases, they may need a return visa for Armenia as well. The Company does not have visa provision or support services. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international agreements between the Republic of Georgia and/or Republic of Armenia and the country of Your citizenship.
Should the number of passengers of the Transfer Service to Georgia exceed 7 people, a list with their ID/passport data will be needed.
Within the scope of Transfer Services it is allowed to bring pets only inside a special cage and in case of advance notice.
The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Transfer Services.
During Transfer Services, passengers have traffic accident insurance to compensate for actual damage to the passenger's health up to 1 500 000 AMD, based on documented expenses.

Cancellation & modification
The Deposit for a Transfer Order makes up 15% of the Order Price, if the vehicle departs from Yerevan; moreover, in case of Order cancellation, the Deposit is not refunded to the Customer.
If the Order starts from a place other than Yerevan, then the Deposit makes up 100% of the Order Price. If the Customer cancels the Order at least 24 hours prior to the departure time, 85% of the Order Price is refunded to the Customer, and in case of later cancellation, no amount is refunded.
Transfer Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit.
In specific cases the Company may require a different amount of Deposit and set different terms of Order cancellation, by agreeing with the Customer in advance.
The Customer shall make the Balance Payment upon the starting point of the Service, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.
No additional amount is charged from the Customer when postponing the confirmed Order, if the Company has been informed about it at least 24 hours before, and if informed later than that, 10% penalty is charged from the Order Price.
In case of an insignificant (up to 10%) reduction within a confirmed Order no recalculation takes place, and no amount of money is refunded to the Customer. However, in case of significant (more than 10%) reduction, the 85% of the cost of the reduced part is refunded to the Customer. Moreover, sometimes the reduced part cannot include the cost of any services provided by a third party (i.e., food, entrance tickets, events, performances, etc.), if there has not been enough time or possibility to reduce them, and/or if it has been based on the service provision terms and conditions of the third party.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure state, and for security reasons, the Company has the right to change, shorten or cancel the Confirmed Order. In such cases the whole amount paid for the Service is refunded to the Customer.
If the Company has replaced the sites or services provided within the Order with equivalent sites or services due to the above-mentioned circumstances, then it has no obligation towards the Customer and does not have to refund any amount of money. In case of non-equivalent replacement, the Company refunds the Customer the Price difference between the confirmed Order and the one that has actually taken place.
