  • Cancellation & modification
    Below are the terms of Order Deposit, Balance Payment, cancellation and modification, which may be applied to Your Order in accordance with the type of Service being provided. In case of no-show for receiving the Service cancellation terms apply. If the Service type is not listed below ("Other Services"), the terms of Deposit, Balance Payments, cancellation and modifications are initially discussed and agreed with the Customer, based on the given Order.

    Property Rental Services

    The Property Rental Service Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. Normally, the Deposit is a 2 day rental Price of the Property.

    In specific cases the Company may require another amount of Deposit and set different conditions of Order cancellation, by agreeing with the Customer in advance.

    The Customer has to make the Balance Payment on the spot of receiving the Property or on the next day, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

    The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category Property instead of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the Property as a result of problems arisen in there. If the Customer refuses the offered Property, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.

    - Cancellation
    In case of cancellation or no-show, the Deposit is not refunded to the Customer.

    - Early termination
    The Property Rental Service Order can be early terminated both at the initiative of the Customer and the Company. The Company has the right to early terminate the Service only if the Customer has violated the obligations set within these T&C.

    In case of an early termination of Property Rental Service a recalculation is performed. The Price corresponding to the actually provided Service dates is calculated and a penalty at the amount of the Deposit is applied. If the amount paid by the Customer exceeds the sum derived from the recalculation, the difference is refunded to the Customer.

    - Period extension
    The period of a Property Rental Service can be extended at the request of the Customer, if the given Property is available for the extended period. If the given Property is not available for the extended period, and the Company offers another Property, then a separate calculation takes place: the extension Price is calculated for the offered Property taking into account the days of the extended period.

    - Period shortening and/or shifting
    In case of period shortening and/or shifting of Property Rental Service Order, the Deposit is settled in favor of the Customer, if the Company has been informed about it at least 10 days prior to the Order date. Otherwise, the Deposit remains with the Company and is not reduced from the modified Price of the Order.

    Hotel Booking Services

    The Hotel Booking Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. For Hotel Booking individual Orders (booking of up to 3 rooms) Customer pays 1 night Price of each room. The Customer shall make the Balance Payment on the spot of receiving the Service, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

    In case of cancellation or change made at least 72 hours before check-in, the total paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or change, as well as in case of no-show, 1 night Price of each room is kept and the remaining part of paid amount is refunded to the Customer.


    In case of group Orders (booking of more than 3 rooms) or on certain occasions the terms of Deposit and Balance Payments, cancellation and modifications are initially discussed and agreed with the Customer, based on the given Order.

    The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category hotel and/or room in place of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the hotel and/or room as a result of problems arisen in there. If the Customer refuses the offer, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.

    Tours and Transportation Services

    - Group Tours
    In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the start time, the total paid amount is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or no-show, no amount is refunded and only replacement is possible.

    In case of replacement, 20% of the canceled Tour Price will be kept as a penalty and the remaining part can only be used for purchasing other Tours or Services at the time of replacement. In case of cancellation of the newly purchased Services, the replacement is considered invalid and the used amount is kept as a penalty.

    Due to unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure state, and for security reasons, the Company has the right to change, shorten or cancel the given Tour. In case of cancellation the whole amount paid for the Group Tour is returned to the Customer.

    If the Company has replaced the sites or Services provided within the Tour with equivalent sites or Services due to the above-mentioned circumstances, then it has no obligation towards the Customer and does not have to refund any amount of money. In case of non-equivalent replacement or reduction, the Company refunds the Customer the Price difference between the purchased Tour and the Tour that has actually taken place.

    - Private Tours and Transportation Services
    Neither a Private Tour nor a Transportation Service can be confirmed without Deposit.

    If the departure is from Yerevan, the Deposit makes up 15% of the Order Price; while in case of cancellation or no-show, the Deposit is not refunded to the Customer.


    If the departure is outside of Yerevan, the Deposit makes up 100% of the Order Price; while in case of canellation at least 24 hours before the departure, 85% of the Order Price is refunded, and in case of later cancellation or no-show, no amount is refunded.

    In specific cases the Company may require a different amount of Deposit and set different terms of Order cancellation, by agreeing with the Customer in advance.

    The Customer shall make the Balance Payment on the spot of receiving the Service, at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

    No additional amount is charged from the Customer when postponing the confirmed Order, if the Company has been informed about it at least 24 hours before, and if informed later than that, 10% penalty is charged from the Order Price.

    In case of an insignificant (up to 10%) reduction within a confirmed Order no recalculation takes place, and no amount of money is refunded to the Customer. However, in case of significant (more than 10%) reduction, 85% of the cost of the reduced part is refunded to the Customer. Moreover, sometimes the reduced part cannot include the cost of any services provided by a third party (i.e., food, entrance tickets, events, performances, etc.), if there has not been enough time or possibility to reduce them, and/or if it has been based on the service provision terms and conditions of the third party.

    Due to unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure state, and for security reasons, the Company has the right to change, shorten or cancel the Confirmed Order. In case of cancellation the whole amount paid for the Service is refunded to the Customer.

    If the Company has replaced the sites or services provided within the Order with equivalent sites or services due to the above-mentioned circumstances, then it has no obligation towards the Customer and does not have to refund any amount of money. In case of non-equivalent replacement or reduction, the Company refunds the Customer the Price difference between the confirmed Order and the one that has actually taken place.

    Tour Packages

    The Deposit for Tour Package Services makes up 50% of the total Price. The Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. The Balance Payment for the Tour Package is made on the first day of the Order.

    In the scope of Tour Package Services the cancellation and change of Hotel Booking Services are regulated with the terms and conditions set within the subsection of "Hotel Booking Services" of this Section, and those regarding the Tours, Transfers and Meal Provision Services included in a Tour Package are accordingly regulated with the terms and conditions set within the subsections of "Group Tours" and/or "Private Tours and Transportation Services" and "Meal Provision Service Booking" of this Section.

    In specific cases, the terms and conditions of Deposit and Balance Payment, cancellation and change within a Tour Package are discussed and agreed by the Company and the Customer, based on the given Order.

    Business Event Organization

    The Business Event Organization Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit.

    The amount of Deposit and Balance Payment, conditions of cancellation and change within the Venue Booking are discussed and confirmed with the Customer in the scope of the given Order.

    The Deposit for Equipment and Accessory provision Services as well as for Assisting Staff provision (except for written translation Services) makes up 30% of the Order Price. If the Order is cancelled or changed at least 72 hours before the start of the Order provision, the Deposit is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or change, as well as in case of no-show, the Deposit is not refunded.

    In case of Printing and written translation Services the Deposit makes up 100% of the Order Price, which is not refunded to the Customer in case of cancellation, no-show or change and is not reduced from the modified Order Price, regardless of the cancellation dates and circumstances.

    In specific cases and based on the given Order, the Company has the right to discuss and agree with the Customer about different terms of cancellation or change within Supporting Services.

    The Customer shall make the Balance Payment for Business Event Organization Services on the first day of the Service provision, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

    The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category venue and/or Supporting Service in place of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the venue and/or Supporting Service as a result of problems arisen in there. If the Customer refuses the offer, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.

    Meal Booking Service

    The Meal Booking Service Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit. The Deposit makes up 100% of the Order Price.

    If the Order is cancelled or changed at least 24 hours before the start of the Order provision, 85% of the Deposit is refunded to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or change, as well as in case of no-show, 15% of the Deposit is refunded to the Customer.

    In specific cases, the terms and conditions of Deposit and Balance Payment, cancellation and change are discussed and agreed with the Customer, based on the given Order.

    The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category Meal Booking Service in place of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the ordered Service as a result of problems arisen within it. If the Customer refuses the offer, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.
