We would like to extend our sencire thanks for accommodating us with the best personal driver Aved and our wonderful tour guide Samvel who not only spoke fluent english, he was also very knowledgeable in the history of all sites we went to. I cannot say enough for both of them.

Aved went out of his way to accommodate us with the route changes that we requested based on looking at the map of Armenia. He did not hesitate to call the office to get their approval in order to accommodate our changes.
Both Aved and Samvel were fun to be with for the duration of our trip.
When one of our twins ended up in the hospital, Aved and Samvel did not hesitate to help out and stood by us to comfort both my son and myself.
In our eye, you have two of the most amazing people working for you. They are both truly a GEM.

We will most certainly recommend your organization for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Our only complain about visiting Armenia was the place we rented from "My Street", Aghayan 15, Yerevan, which came as a recommendation and it turned out to be a very negative experience with not having Hot water and electricity shutting off sever times. I'd wish we had reserved our place to stay through your company as well!

Please give our best to both Aved and Samvel and I hope you will share our compliments with them.

Hello!!

A few days ago I participated in a tour to Tatev Monastery, which armed me with warm emotions and good memories. I would like to thank Hyur Service for organizing such kind of tours. But my impressions would not be so high without our caring and positive guide Tatevik who did her best to satisfy each member of the tour.

My great respect and admiration to Tatevik, who made our day really memorable, telling in details and in a very interesting manner the history of all the memorial places that we attended. This is very important, I guess, because based on her information the foreign tourists face Armenian history and Tatevik introduced everything on a high level.

Colin and I would like to thank you for putting together a superb short tour of your wonderful country.

Everything went like clockwork and Artak proved to be an excellent driver/host and his English was very useful in helping out with translation and explanations.

You have a beautiful country and everyone we met on our tour were very welcoming and extremely hospitable.

В путешествии по Армении нам помогли менеджер Марго, водители, но особенно хочу отметить вашего сотрудника и нашего гида Гор.
Нам посчастливилось провести с ним четыре дня, и каждая его экскурсия была особенной для нас.
Гор - профессионал с большим будущим, он с какой любовью он рассказывал об Армении, ее истории и памятниках, воссоздавая картины культурного наследия армянского народа.

Эрудированный с прекрасным знанием русского языка наш гид Гор с гордостью открывал нам каждый день новые достопримечательности Армении.

Рассказывая о традициях и жизни армян, мы чувствовали патриотизм в его словах , а так же заботу о нас, помогая советами по выбору вин и блюд армянской кухни, отчего мы влюбились в Армению и людей.
