We were four people from Norway that stayed in Yerevan eight days in April/May 2011.
We were extremely satisfied with all the services Hyur Service provided for us. We found your assistance with planning the trip very helpful.
The week we stayed in Yerevan was wonderful. You had chosen very interesting daytrips for us. The guides were friendly and had good knowledge of Armenia's history and culture. If we go for a second trip to Armenia we will defenitely use your services again. We have alredy recommended your agency to friends who are planning a trip to Armenia this year.

vielen Dank für die Weihnachtsgrüße, da haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Bei Ihnen liegt das Fest ja noch bevor, so dass ich Ihnen auch Gesundheit,
ein paar besinnliche Stunden aber auch Glück im persönlichen und geschäftlichen Bereich wünsche.

Ich möchte mich wirklich aufrichtig entschuldigen, dass ich das Feedback vergessen habe. Das ist nicht meine Art, ich habe einfach nicht mehr daran gedacht, auch weil ich unserer Reisebegleiterin Saruhi und unserem Fahrer gleich im Anschluß geschrieben hatte. Dies hat natürlich für Ihre Firma einen anderen Stellenwert.

Deshalb möchte ich noch vor dem Jahreswechsel Ihnen meine Eindrücke mitteilen, die für Sie dahingehend vielleicht keine neuen Erkenntnisse bringen werden, da die Reise für uns perfekt war.
Dies betrifft alle Bereiche der Reise:

Die Unterkünfte waren landestypisch und nicht auf 5-Sterne ausgerichtet, wir wollten das Land kennenlernen und nicht luxoriös schlafen.
Die ausgewählten Gaststätten und Speisen waren ebenfalls landestypisch, so dass wir einen guten Eindruck von den Gepflogenheiten des Landes
gewinnen konnten.
Auch die Tour war so ausgelegt, dass die Tagesetappen nicht zu lang waren und genügend Zeit blieb für die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Herausheben muss ich allerdings die Arbeit unsere Begleiterin Saruhi und unseres Fahrers Wardan. Beide haben sich voll auf unsere Wünsche
eingestellt und alles so gemacht, dass der Urlaub für uns die Erfüllung eines Traumes wurde.
Wir waren in der Zeit der panarmenischen Spiele in Jerewan. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Möglichkeit bestanden hätte oder nicht, aber vielleicht
wäre eine Kultur - oder Sportveranstaltung möglich gewesen. Dies wäre vielleicht auch in einer anderen Stadt möglich gewesen. Dies kam uns in Armenien nicht zum Fehlen, aber hinterher habe ich so daran gedacht, dass die aktuelle Kultur etwas zu kurz kam, im Verhältnis zur umwerfenden Geschichte, die uns Saruhi perfekt erklärt hat. Die aktuellen politischen Probleme hat Saruhi uns auch deutlich vermittelt.

Zusammenfassend kann ich nur noch mal schreiben, dass alles perfekt war, besonders herauszuheben sind Saruhi und Wardan. An beiden sollten Sie
unbedingt festhalten bei der Zusammenarbeit.

Nun wünsche ich Ihnen noch ein paar ruhige Stunden im Kreise der Familien oder Kollegen

Let me to send you my best wishes of Happy New Year 2012, peace and love in your families, good friends and success in your personal and professional life. And merry and blessed Christmas time for you all.

Let me also to thank you for your cooperation in preparation of our tour to Armenia this year; several participants told me at the Yerevan airport that our trip was their best tour ever, and the success goes mainly to what Nina in the office and Rubina in the bus did for us.

The next year I am not going to organize a new tour, I am not a travel professional, I just wanted to show Armenia to my friend and I guess I succeeded to make more than 70 people to fall in love with your country, but now I need to relax a bit. Nevertheless I left a part of my heart in Geghama mountains, and I also have so many friends in Armenia that I feel I will come again.

Nous vous remercions pour les souhaits émis à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année et tenons par le présent courriel à vous signaler que notre séjour en Arménie organisé par vos soins, reste toujours gravé dans nos mémoires.

En effet, nous ne pouvions que nous réjouir de l'excellence du service fourni par tout le Personnel de HYUR. A commencer par Mme Anna Melkoumian qui en 48 heures, a organisé pour nous un séjour complet de 14 jours à la carte et ce durant une période chargée (festivités du 28 Mai). Ce séjour s'est déroulé sans aucun encombre. Et puis, il est impossible d'oublier Baron Norig Gevorgyan et Mlle Sona Abrahamian qui nous ont accompagné et guidé durant les 7 jours passés dans les régions; qui nous ont couvé d'attention et de gentillesse couplés par un comportement professionnel exemplaire. Même observation pour ceux qui nous ont accompagné ponctuellement comme M. Vartan et M. Levon.

Nous pouvons affirmer sans hésitations que vous êtes une équipe de professionnels sachant prendre des initiatives et de s'adapter à des différentes situations en les gérant intelligemment.

Nous sommes convaincus que ce niveau de professionnalisme ne serait atteint que grâce à la volonté de vos Dirigeants qui ont su adopter les moyens adéquats pour former une équipe aussi efficace.

In October 11 we stayed 2 weeks in Yerewan in a rented apartment. The apartment was central, well equipped and comfortable.The pick up from the airport and back was good organized. As we did not know anything practical about Armenia, had not met a person who had stayed there, we were really surprised when the agent who took us from the airport gave us maps of the town, brochures of excusions all over the country. So we could choose between three different excursions everyday. The prices were extremely reasonable,the buses were very comfortable and modern equipped, the guide spoke in three different languages and we met interesting people from all over the world. We participated in five excursions and saw a lot of the country.
I am sure we are coming back as we also met lovely local people we have got regular contact with.
We can only give a high recommendation of Hyur Service!
