Организация экскурсии, гид, программа все на очень высоком уровне. Бронировала экскурсию заранее по интернету, т.к. в Ереване у нас было всего 3 дня.

It was my first time visiting Yerevan and I was very impressed and enjoyed your tours and the service you provided. Most important I would like to thank Haig our Tour Guide and the driver for making our trip memorable. thank you Haig for your educational stories and advise about how to cure my car sick (bandaid truly worked). I came back with so many great memories with deeper attachment for our mother country.

I wanted to extend a big thank you for the wonderful service that Hyur service provided to us. You, along with the rest of your staff were always courteous, flexible and accommodating to our families needs.

I would like to pass along a few specific comments.

First, our tour guide Gayaneh was exceptional. Her wealth of knowledge ability to connect to our family and clear language skills provided us the perfect balance of learning important facts yet not being inundated with information. All our kids felt comfortable to ask her questions and she was always pleasant and willing to explain things at their level. I understand that she is new to your organization and we wanted to make sure it was passed along that we absolutely loved her and would highly recommend her to any other family!

Second, the driver that we had to Tatev monastery was also excellent. He provided us with helpful historical facts and interesting stories along the drive which allowed us to pass the time quickly and considering how nervous I was about that drive I felt very safe with his driving skills.

Next, Maya you allowed me to create the perfect itinerary that allowed a balance of sightseeing and enjoyment for all members in our group. We had to accommodate to my parents and the young ones in the group and you responded to every email with a timely and positive plan that ensured we would be in good hands. The professionalism that you showed me while I was at home is what made me confident that we were in excellent hands during our travel and allowed me to enjoy my time there without worrying about anymore details. Thank you!

Lastly, a few words regarding her hotel Northern Avenue. I know this is separate from your organization but we were so impressed with the quality of service that they provided that if there is an opportunity to recommend them to other clients we would strongly support it. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, food was great, location was fantastic and most importantly the entire staff gave us a home away from home.

Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality and we look forward to meeting again in beautiful Armenia. We have recommended your services to multiple people since we have come back so we hope they have the same experience we had with Hyur.

Мы с дочкой отдыхали в Ереване с 15 по 22 июня 2017 года. Ездили на экскурсии, организованные Вашей компанией.

Экскурсии очень понравились, а еще очень понравился экскурсовод - Хайк. Просто замечательный молодой человек: эрудированный, воспитанный, организованный молодой человек! Благодаря его собранности, четкости экскурсия была хорошо организована и интересная.

Экскурсия велась на трех языках, и мне, не знавшей двух из них, на моем языке она была очень интересной, а на армянском и английском речь экскурсовода была непринужденной, без запинок и непонятных пауз. Дочке понравилось повествование и на русском, и на английском! Во время всей экскурсии было приятно общаться с нашим гидом.

Спасибо Вам за такого экскурсовода! Нам понравилась Армения, ее природа, архитектура, достопримечательности, история и ЛЮДИ!

Спасибо! Мы обязательно вернемся!

Hola a todos.

Estuvimos con mi esposa y un amigo en Armenia desde el 12 al 19 de junio. Gracias a la embajada Argentina en Armenia llegué a contactarme con ustedes y la verdad es que fue la mejor recomendación que pude haber recibido.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos conociendo lugares fantásticos, gente maravillosa y comidas exquisitas. Mi esposa es descendiente de armenios y este viaje era algo que hace mucho veníamos planeando. Las excursiones que planificaron fueron inolvidables, pudimos recorrer muchísimo en 7 días. Desde el principio de nuestro contacto, Mariam me respondió todas mis inquietudes y nos planificó todo. Nuestra guía de habla hispana, Anna, merece una mención especial.

Cuanta calidez, amor por su país, don de gente. Nunca disfrutamos tanto de una guía, más que guía una nueva amiga, como en este viaje. Armenia invita a volver siempre!!!!!!!!!!

De hecho, ya amigos nuestros se van a contactar con Mariam para que les arme un viaje para este año. Nada más, solo palabras de agradecimiento y afecto.

Vamos a volver. Sigan así que logran que los turistas se sientan como en su casa.
