I would like to commend you on the exceptional efficiency with which you carry out your daily duties. Your friendliness, helpfulness prior to my trip to Yerevan through periodic emails, checking on our status almost daily basis when we were there and willingness to perform small tasks have not gone unnoticed. We feel your professionalism is an example to all of us to use your services again and again and even to recommend everyone.
The apartments you have provided for us were in excellent condition located in the heart of Yerevan close to elegant restaurants, monuments, events with walking distance. Your crews were there to help us when we needed.
The tours and commentary were informative and made valuable use of our limited time.
Again I just want to thank you and your colleagues at Hyur Service for making our visit a memorable and encouraging experience for all of us.

Мы успешно добрались до Москвы ночью 6-го, правда, в другой аэропорт. Пришлось купить новые билеты на рейс Армавия из Гюмри, было немного страшно, и выбились из бюджета. Артисты из Москвы ожидали вылета с 4-го числа, когда мы с ними прощались они надеялись улететь Аэрофлотом, не знаю удалось ли им, по крайней мере, они были расстроены, т.к. сопровождающие их лица просто бросили их в аэропорту (даже, не предупредив о госпошлине). Боюсь, они больше в Ереван не приедут, чего не скажешь обо мне, надеюсь, что соскучаюсь и приеду с удовольствием.
Большое спасибо за Вашу работу, внимание, человеческое отношение и ощущение комфорта и безопасности, которое Вы для нас создали. Мне понравилось, то, что я увидел оказалось неожиданным и интересным. Осталось много недосмотренного, наверное, как-нибудь в мае...
Буду рад встрече с Вами, особенно, если решите приехать в Москву.

We were 6 in our group that visited beautiful Armenia in September and stayed one of your appartments on 54 Pushkin St.. I recommend Hyur service to every one.I also would like to suggest to you that
you should pay more attention to the beds. Because after a long day it's nice to sleep on a nice mattress.
Other than that the whole Armenia experience was fantastic.

I would like to take opportunity to thank you for all the help and wonderful service that you provided to me.
I traveled to Armenia in June 2005 and since it was my first time visiting Armenia and I had no relative in Yerevan, I contacted hyurservice to help me with my vacation.
Hyurservice reserved a nice apartment for me in the heart of Yerevan, arranged someone to go to the airport to pick me up and even thou my arrival to Yerevan was delayed 3 hours driver still stayed there and waited for me. Then I spend entire my vacation with hyurservice's tour I really missed the driver he was wonderful man unfortunately I don't remember his name please say hi to him. Also want to thank the young lady who was our tour guide she was great with a lot of information making me to better understand the history of mother land. And finally hyurservice helped me to rent a cell phone as well as calling cards.
Thank you again Hyurservice I'm going back to Armenia and I will defiantly contact you to arrange my vacation.
