I stayed at apprtment which was arranged with this agency and it was very suitable and nice as well and I also appreciate to manage our private tour to see the cultural places and have special thanks for mrs anoosh our leader for her kindness and patience.

Nous venons de passer 18 jours en Arménie, et remercions toute l'équipe Hyur Service pour son accueil et son efficacité.

Particulièrement Anna qui nous a assisté tout au long du séjour dans un français parfait. Aussi Sona et David pour les très bons moments passés à la découverte du Haut Karabach, et puis tous les chauffeurs qui nous ont accompagnés depuis l'aéroport jusqu'aux logements.

Bonjour Anna,

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Arménie.

Notre chauffeur pour Dilijan était très sympa et excellent conducteur(prudent et discret)

L'hotel HRASDAN était sympa calme avec de grandes chambres à des prix raisonnables.

Par contre il ne faut pas vendre la piscine avec en effet elle était vide à notre arrivée puis rapidement impropre à la baignade car il n'y a pas de système de nettoyage(eau verte en quelques jours)donc problème à revoir si vous voulez y faire séjourner d'autres touristes français.

Nous avons rencontré sur place Vic DARCHINYAN champion du monde de boxe très sympa.

Nous sommes bien arrivés jeudi dernier à Paris
Les deux avions avaient du retard donc c'était un peu long, mais le tout sans incident nous voulons vous dire que nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été agréablement surpris par votre accueil et celui des différentes guides et des chauffeurs sympathiques. Remerciez-les de notre part de plus la disponibilités de tous et toutes prêts à nous renseigner nous a également satisfaits.

Our tour went extremely well and we are sorry to back at home.

We had wonderful time in Armenia and we had many little surprices and experiences, which made the trip wonderful.

Our driver Gagu was super and he even started to enjoy cycling in the end. I have attached couple of photos, one of them is about Gagu cycling. He makes the best shaslik we've ever had.

Everything was almost perfect !, nice guides, nice drivers and it was a pleasure to visit all the beautifull places with them.

Just a small but well deserved note to say a big thank you to all of you for your very professional and caring assistance in every aspect from the very beginning.
We enjoyed everything and every minute of it.
The flat liased by Luiza was fine, well located within the city. Sightseeings provided by Hyur were breathtaking. Both Armenak(driver) and Elisa(tour guide), did show very good knowledge. And thanks for suggesting going to Kilikia restaurant at Hanrapetutyan St, it was delightful to see and hear real Armenian group performing whilst enjoying a lovely meal.
And as for the city of Yerevan, a wonderful, clean city with very polite and helpful people.
Thanks for all your assistance. Can't wait to visit Armenia again!
