I want to really thank you for the great service you provided during my stay in Armenia. I was especially impressed with the enthusiasm your tour guides had in sharing their knowledge during the different sight seeing tours. I definitely will recommend you to anyone that wants to visit Armenia and would like someone locally to organise everything!

I used to live in Armenia before. In fact I use to go numerous times to Garni and Gekhard as I lived in Yerevan before.
Last time I visit those places by "Hjur Travel" with my Dutch friend and proudly can say I discover for my self another Garni and another Gekhard. It was very interesting and great trip.

Bonjour,

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour en Arménie et c'est sans doute grâce à la qualité de vos prestations, des personnes qui nous ont accueillis et des guides qui nous ont accompagnés à la découverte de l'Arménie.

Nous avons utilisé vos services pour retenir et louer un appartement pendant notre séjour. Le fait de pouvoir regarder les photos des appartements sur Internet et de reconnaître l'appartement que l'on a retenu est rassurant quand c'est la première fois que l'on se rend en Arménie sans y connaître personne.

Malgré les problèmes liés aux réservoirs d'eau qui ne se remplissaient pas au début de notre séjour, nous gardons le souvenir que vous étiez toujours présents pour nous aider et nous permettre de profiter du confort de l'appartement.

Nous avons aussi participé aux tours organisés pour visiter Garni et Gherard puis Sevan et Noraduz.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre guide Siranoush pour sa gentillesse, ses connaissances et ses références culturelles et historiques. Nous avons appris l'histoire des khatchkars au cimetière de Noraduz.

Nous savions aussi que nous pouvions parler à Marie en français, si l'arménien et l'anglais ne suffisaient pas.

I would like to commend you on the exceptional efficiency with which you carry out your daily duties. Your friendliness, helpfulness prior to my trip to Yerevan through periodic emails, checking on our status almost daily basis when we were there and willingness to perform small tasks have not gone unnoticed. We feel your professionalism is an example to all of us to use your services again and again and even to recommend everyone.
The apartments you have provided for us were in excellent condition located in the heart of Yerevan close to elegant restaurants, monuments, events with walking distance. Your crews were there to help us when we needed.
The tours and commentary were informative and made valuable use of our limited time.
Again I just want to thank you and your colleagues at Hyur Service for making our visit a memorable and encouraging experience for all of us.

Мы успешно добрались до Москвы ночью 6-го, правда, в другой аэропорт. Пришлось купить новые билеты на рейс Армавия из Гюмри, было немного страшно, и выбились из бюджета. Артисты из Москвы ожидали вылета с 4-го числа, когда мы с ними прощались они надеялись улететь Аэрофлотом, не знаю удалось ли им, по крайней мере, они были расстроены, т.к. сопровождающие их лица просто бросили их в аэропорту (даже, не предупредив о госпошлине). Боюсь, они больше в Ереван не приедут, чего не скажешь обо мне, надеюсь, что соскучаюсь и приеду с удовольствием.
Большое спасибо за Вашу работу, внимание, человеческое отношение и ощущение комфорта и безопасности, которое Вы для нас создали. Мне понравилось, то, что я увидел оказалось неожиданным и интересным. Осталось много недосмотренного, наверное, как-нибудь в мае...
Буду рад встрече с Вами, особенно, если решите приехать в Москву.
