Grâce à vous nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Yerevan cet été, et je vous remercie de votre accueil, gentillesse et professionnalisme.

Nous avons décidé de retourner à Yerevan en 2011, probablement en septembre et je vous contacterai à nouveau pour organiser notre séjour ...

Были у Вас в апреле и заказывали несколько экскурсий.
Всё просто безумно понравилось всей семье. Потрясающая страна, было очень интересно. Очень красивые места.

Ваша компания работает просто прекрасно.

Мой 6-летний сын просто влюбился в Армению, и теперь у него на столе стоит Армянский флаг, и он всё время вспоминает нашу поездку, а также неплохо разбирается в коньяках ;) Спасибо экскурсии на коньячный завод !

Надеюсь вернуться к Вам в обозримом будущем.

Хочу сказать Вам лично и Фирме в целом, ее сотрудникам, огромное спасибо за организацию и проведение тура (начиная от первого запроса и кончая прощанием в аэропорту). И даже за отличную погоду.

Мне все понравилось, и отель, и экскурсионная программа. Отель очень уютный, спокойный, чистый, убирались в номере и меняли полотенца ежедневно. Про расположение я молчу, уж "центрее" и удобнее не придумаешь. Совсем рядом очень приличное кафе (мне его Сони посоветовала), которое в переводе с армянского на русский называется "Ежик". Очень вкусно, по домашнему и абсолютно недорого.

В отношении питания у отеля есть малюсенький минус, но для меня он не имел особого значения, так как я, во-первых, не притязательна в еде, а во-вторых, для меня утром главное - попить кофе. А минус заключается в том, что иногда еда имела вид приготовленного вчера, а может и оставшегося от ужина. Так что, если кто-то более требователен к качеству, то может остаться не совсем довольным. А в целом, если у меня спросят совета, я с чистой совестью могу его рекомендовать.

А как я довольна своими спутниками (Сони и Вардан-джан) по экскурсиям ... Мне с ними было очень комфортно, спокойно, интересно. Они помогали всем, чем могли. Советовали - где лучше остановиться, чтобы полюбоваться видами и сфотографироваться, где что лучше купить, где заказать обед. Сони даже и физически помогала, поддерживала, когда мне было трудно подняться или спуститься по ступенькам лестниц. В общем они оба - просто чудо, даже было грустно расставаться.

Передайте и Сони и Вардан-джан мое огромное спасибо, я буду вспоминать их с большой теплотой.

Огромное спасибо коллективу компании "Йур-сервис" за радушный приём в Ереване, в начале октября этого года, помощь во всех вопросах, оперативную и слаженную работу и душевное отношение!

after having succesfully finished our tour in Armenia and arriving back to Prague, let me to thank you for excellent service that you (and Hyur) provided to our group. Any of our numerous requests and wishes was attended and solved by you almost immediately and often better than we even expected. Thanks to you go not only from me, but from all Czech group. We were 5 couple to decide to Visit our mail land Armenia, It took us 3 year to prepare ourselves to be there together. Finlay we made.

We find Hyur service from internet, They are a team you can not imagine, when ever you write something next morning answer is in your computer. Always helpful and explain every single issues.

We stayed 15 days House #358 what ever we saw the pictures from internet are same. From the first minute to take us from Airport to last minute, delivering us to Airport, they were always with us with everything included Internet services. all wonderful.

I would like to special thank you to our driver Mr. Rubig Margarian (Rupen Ahparik) and our tour guide Sona Abrahamyan (Beutifull Sona) you guys are wonderfull, Hyur service must be proud with you.
Last to least. any one want to visit to Armenia, if they think, we do not speak Armenian, or how I can do it is very difficult.

During the months of May through to October 2010 our company had staff in Yerevan working on the newly built international airport. These staff numbers ranged from 4 up to 16 and changed quite frequently during our stay. Our accommodation requirements therefore changed and we could never be specific in advance to book.

Hyur Service and in particular Anahit Karapetyan were extremely helpful and always managed to find us suitable accommodation. During our stay we had 2 - 4 bedroom apartments, a house, sole use of a 7 bed hotel and on odd occassions short stay bookings at the larger hotels.

I must admit I did not know anything about Armenia before this business trip but now that i have been there I have nothing but praise for it. The people are very friendly. Once you get out into the countryside it is very scenic. Language can be a bit of a problem. However, just stop one of the girls (they say they are the prettiest in the world and I wouldn't disagree) and they generally can speak English.
