Venue Booking

Venue Booking Order cannot be confirmed without Deposit.

The amount of Deposit and Balance Payment, conditions of cancellation and change within the Venue Booking are discussed and confirmed with the Customer in the scope of the given Order.

The Customer shall make the Balance Payment for Venue Booking Order on the first day of the Service provision, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher category venue in place of the confirmed one due to the impossibility to provide the venue as a result of problems arisen in there. If the Customer refuses the offer, the paid Deposit is refunded to the Customer without any emergence of liability neither for the Company nor the Customer.
