Standing 2461 m high above sea level, Mount Artanish is located in Gegharkunik province, on the north-eastern shore of Lake Sevan, on a peninsula of the same name. Bushes and glades cover the whole mountain. From the top of Mount Artanish one can observe a striking view of Lake Sevan.
