Just arrived to my country Lebanon i was so glad from all the care and service of your company everything was perfect and the guide Anoush Keyan is the best person someone can take as a guide, excellent in arabic history of armenia and everything also caring and has empathy over her group i wish that every tourist can chose her, evn she speaks international arabic better than me, she is perfect. and the driver was levon he is a very nice and good person.

Хочу искренне поделиться своими впечатлениями от экскурсий, организованных для моей семьи (я. муж и дочь) тур агентством Hyur service Ериван.

Очень понравился сервис: интересно составленные экскурсии (по подбору посещаемых мест), трансфер, организация обедов, подача информации и наличие маленьких очень приятных сюрпризов-розыгрышей в конце каждой поездки. Отдельное спасибо гидам: Самвелу (экскурсия в Гарни 08.08.2018) и Гарнику (поездка в Санаин и Ахпат 12.08.2018) - за сбалансированный не утомительный рассказ про достопримечательности Армении и прекрасное чувство юмора.

Особый восторг вызвал мастер класс по приготовлению национальной еды (во время поездки в монастыри). Интересно, эмоционально, вкусно и незабываемо!!! Благодарим всей семьей)

Добрый день! Хочу выразить благодарность за тур по Нагорному Карабаху с 31 июля по 2 августа 2018 г.

Отдельная благодарность нашему экскурсоводу Ирен Давтян. Все было просто отлично! В нашем автобусе мы вчетвером (две мамы и двое детей) были единственными русскими, все остальные - армяне. Ирен вела экскурсию на русском и на армянском поочередно, отвечала на все наши вопросы. Честно говоря, я даже не могу подобрать слов.

Все было так душевно, красиво, комфортно, вкусно) Я только могу сказать, что для нас Армения стала страной чудес) Удачи вам и спасибо!

Армения - страна возможностей, страна красоты, страна радости и счастья, страна только позитивных эмоций!
Это был мой первый отпуск когда я решила куда то поехать и по отзывам и рекомендациям друзей я со своей подругой решили отправиться в тур по Армении. И мы не чуточки не пожалели, а наоборот были в восторге и собираемся поехать ещё раз!

Армения нас покорила разнообразием и красотой пейзажей, памятных и исторических мест, культуре, тишиной и безопасностью.
Огромное спасибо Вашей компании за составленный тур и профессионализм сотрудников, спасибо за комфорт и уют, а также за дружескую атмосферу!

Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать спасибо водителям и экскурсоводам, которые сопровождали нас на протяжении всех экскурсий! Мы благодарны тур. фирме HYIR за то, что они сделали наш отпуск незабываемым и прекрасным!

Ну а также хотелось поблагодарить отдельно водителя Арутюна, который на опасных виражах управлял автобусом с такой осторожностью и аккуратностью заботясь о своих пассажирах, а также экскурсоводу Карине, которая заботилась о всех гостях во время обеда и во время проведения экскурсий, а также спасибо за интересные и познавательные рассказы и ответы на наши вопросы!

Wonderful trip!

It was my first time in Armenia and Haik our tour guide was very informative. He showed us a great time, explaining everything along the way with much detail, and answering questions with added information.

The driver was very skilled, driving to Artsakh on winding roads.

Amazing service overall! Will be back!!!

Starting with Hayk Harutyunyan who is as good a guide as anyone could ever hope for. Informative, but not excessively talkive or filled with too much information as many guides, and full of wonderful humor. I would like to congratulate him on his professionalism, good manners and very good English, Russian and Armenian. He was really professional, gentleman and promoted your office in any case. He knows how to treat tourists and make them see anything worth visiting. He was my tour guide at the same time, he is experienced, respectful and never got tired.Perfect!

We would also like to praise Mkrtich, our driver : He is a very safe driver, pleasant and considerate at all times.
Again, thank you for your excellent planning and service. We appreciate you of making our trip to Armenia memorable .... till we meet again.
