Now that everyone from our "Big Fat Armenian wedding" group is back and after speaking with all the participants, I write to thank and praising Hyur Service and personally you for all you did for this group from the beginning of planning their trip, and until the last day they were in Armenia .
You graciously handled all the changes, requests, issues with the hotel in Yerevan (which I know it is not one of your preferred properties) With your one skilled contact to the hotel - it helped change the communication between hotel staff and our guests.
Once again, I am so grateful for your professionalism, reliability, thoroughness, and friendship.

My friend and I are back in Italy but we want thank you for organizing our trip. In particular we want to underline the professionalism and kindness of your driver Arthur, friendly and patient, lover of his land, its culture and its landscape.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Hyur Service for their professionalism and the pleasure they provided during our stay in Yerevan. I will start first with the apartment they offered us. It was a very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean apartment in the city center. We are extremely pleased with Samvel, the driver for three of the excursions we had booked. He was very polite, calm and told us many stories while we were traveling to the next landmark. Traveling with him was a pleasure. I cannot forget the punctuality of the guys who met us and sent us to the airport, the guys who met us and sent us to and from the apartment, helping us with our luggage. Thank you very much for making our stay in Armenia unforgettable!

Мы брали индивидуальный тур по маршруту Хор-Вирап, Нораванк, винзавод Арени, и нам повезло - гид оказался преподавателем истории, прекрасно говорящий по-русски Давид. Слушать его было одно удовольствие. Узнали массу нового. Водитель Завен тоже отличный. Небольшой упрёк в сторону самой "Арени": дегустация была очень уж краткой и бедноватой, всего 3 сорта вина, девушка явно не сомелье, и быстро нас оставила, перейдя к следующим клиентам.
Но рассказы Давида и чудесные пейзажи Армении навсегда останутся с нами!

Здравствуйте! Брали экскурсию в Нораванк, Хор Вирап, Татев. Грамотная речь экскурсовода Давида, его умение красочно описывать свою Родину и традиции народа впечатляют. Экскурсовод знает своё дело, говорит фактами, а не пустыми словами. Была очень приятная атмосфера, экскурсовод уделил каждому из нас внимание, водитель Армен очень приятный человек. Будем рекомендовать вашу фирму всей Абхазии, ждите абхазов в гости!❤️💚🤍

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность гиду Анаит и водителю Араику. Профессионалы своего дела. У нас была длительная по времени поездка, Хор Вирап, Нораванк, Татев. Великолепная Анаит, которая вела тур на двух иностранных для нее языках, грамотно и свободно владеющая русским и английским языками, это невероятно сложно каждый раз переключаться с одного языка на другой. Я под приятным впечатлением!!!!

Поездка была комфортной и безопасной, а рассказы Давида как живительные ручьи наполняли колодцы наших знаний о прекрасной земле Армении. Экскурсия оставила у нас самые прекрасные впечатления!!!

Wir haben im August 2025 zwei Tagestouren gebucht und waren begeistert. Organisation und Durchführung der Touren liefen reibungslos und die Reiseleiter (Hayk und Arevik) waren freundlich und sehr professionell. Höhepunkt war die Tour nach Tatev, dauert sehr lange ist aber sehr zu empfehlen. Das Mittagessen im Garten einer Familie war spitze.
Wir hatten über Hyur-Service auch ein Apartment für 3 Nächte in Jerewan gebucht: Es lag super zentral und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergaben waren zuverlässig und ohne Probleme.
Hyur-Sevice können wir sehr empfehlen!
