I feel compelled to write a short note to you regarding my recent visit to Armenia on 27 Sept-2 Oct. I relied largely on Hyur in organizing the trip, as I rented an apartment in Yerevan from you, ordered two trips - one regular, the other tailor-made to Etchmiadzin et al - and trips from and to the airport. In short, your service was impeccable in every way. All e-mails were answered immediately and in a way that helped me organize the trip in the best way possible. Everything went according to plan and exceeded my expectations. Pick-ups were punctual and your guides on the trips were informative and highly professional. Everyone of your staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, qualities I do not take for granted having visited many countries. My visit left me with a deep impression of the Armenian people as very friendly to foreign visitors. Armenia is a beautiful country with a rich history and civilization, and it is good to be able to rely on such a professional company as yours to organize a visit. Again, thanks!

Нам очень понравился сервис и наши индивидуальные туры, хотя в следующий раз мы будем советоваться с вашими водителями куда стоит поехать. Удивительные и интереснейшие люди работают водителями в вашем сервисе- Симон Наджарян и Левон Амбардзумян! С Левоном мы провели 5 незабываемых дней, колеся по красивейшим местам Армении, открывая для себя не только туристические виды, но и жизнь, как она есть. Мы очень благодарны Левону за его искреннюю заботу,терпение и любовь к людям! Расставаться было очень тяжело! Спасибо огромное!

Nous arrivons tout juste de notre voyage en Arménie . Nous tenions à vous remercier de l'aide précieuse que vous nous avez apportée, vous et votre collègue Anna. Les adresses que vous nous avez indiquées étaient bonnes sous le rapport qualité-prix et l'accueil trés satisfaisant. Nous avons eu pas mal de difficultés avec la langue, surtout en dehors de Erevan, si bien que nous avons retrouvé les avantages de la gestuelle!

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are writing to praise the good work of Lilit and say thank you for being such a good host in the Noravank, Tatev and Karahunj tour. We joined the Wednesday tour on 18 Sep and now that we are back home in Hong Kong, we would like to especially write this email to appreciate her hard work and patience.

Lilit has exercised her professionalism from the beginning by giving a lot of detailed background information about Armenia as well as the places we were visiting. She always wears a warm smile on her face. Even though our tour has run late and we were back to central Yerevan after midnight, Lilit and our driver (sorry we don't know his name) were very patient with us and made sure we have a safe trip back to town. This is greatly appreciated and we feel the amazing Armenian quality of hospitality and warmth from them.

Thank you again for offering a memorable experience in Armenia.

hello I want to first thank you all for your great work I came to Armenia on 16/9 and cam back to Lebanon yesterday the service was great the apartment was very nice and homey the tours were great and the guides were very nice and polite espasielly lilit sahakyan I want to thank here for every thing she have done in the 3 days tour to artsakh I will deffently come to Armenia and I will contact your service for everything your great keep up the great job and one more time thank you hyur service for evey single thing you are doing for the guests coming to armenia

Now back in Norway since late Saturday, slowly recuperating after a tiring and long return - but just want to tell you that our tour in Armenia (and to Georgia) was a big success for both Arild and myself. Your proposals and organization were of a very good quality, and the organization of the different tours the same. Especially impressed by Lilit who was able to keep the spirits high during 3 days to Nagorno-Karabakh, a great achievement! The driver to Tbilisi, Norik, also impressed, returning immediately after letting us off at hotel in Tbilisi, 4,5 hours return in the middle of the night. Also thanks a lot for upgrading our apartment, the one we got was an ideal location and more than we needed (only problem; the vacuum cleaner was not working well).

Armenia turned out to be different than the pictures/images we had in our heads, but in a positive way; the scenery, the food, the people. We just got some glimpses of your country, and missed a whole lot, but summing up - a very nice experience, and thanks again for your great contribution in making this come true! You never know, this might have been the first of more visits - only the future will tell?.

So on behalf of Arild and myself - thanks a whole lot for your role - hope to see you wherever - take good care of yourself - a big hug from the far north!
