This 4-day Armenia package brings together Etchmiadzin, Zvartnots, Garni and Geghard, highlighting the country's early Christian and ancient heritage.

The itinerary may be brief, yet it leaves a lasting impression: sacred cathedrals, ancient ruins, carved stone, basalt cliffs and the warm simplicity of traditional lavash. It is designed for travelers with limited time who still want the country to linger in their memory. Etchmiadzin and Zvartnots introduce Armenia's early Christian heritage, while Garni and Geghard provide a compelling architectural contrast.

The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin brings Armenia's early Christian story to life. The following day turns to Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, Geghard Monastery and lavash baking, joining pagan heritage, rock-hewn spirituality, natural beauty and living tradition.

With professional guidance and a pace suited to a short stay, this package turns a few days in Armenia into vivid, enduring memories that remain long after departure.

Accommodation

3* hotels: City Centre Hotel, Elysium Gallery Hotel, Mandarin Hotel, Orbeli Hotel or similar.
4* hotels: Ani Central Inn Hotel, Ani Plaza Hotel, Bass Boutique Hotel, President Hotel, Opera Suite Hotel, Median Hotel City Center Yerevan, Hayasa Hotel Yerevan, Felinger Concept Hotel or similar.

Meals

Breakfast: Included in the package and served at the hotel.
Lunch: Not included. For tours over 6 hours, we arrange a restaurant stop. Lunch costs 11 USD – 14 USD, payable directly to the restaurant.
Dinner: Not included.

Deposit

To secure the booking, you can pay just 20% of the package price.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the order, the paid amount is refunded. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 20% of the package price is not refunded.

Can I attend Divine Liturgy at Etchmiadzin Mother Cathedral on Day 2?

Yes. Divine Liturgy is held on Sundays, and because this tour is scheduled for Sunday, you will have the chance to attend the service.

How much walking should I be ready for during the Day 3 tour?

You will need to walk about 160 m to reach Geghard Monastery.

Could you describe the lavash baking workshop on Day 3, and will I get a chance to join?

The lavash baking experience mainly involves a demonstration of how this traditional Armenian bread is prepared, followed by a tasting with cheese and herbs. If you'd like to join in on the process, please let the tour guide know early on.
