HYUR SERVICE: DIE TÜR ZUR ARMENISCHEN GASTFREUNDSCHAFT

Dear Mrs. Naira and the whole Hyur Service Team,

Now that I am back home in Italy, I would really like to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my private tours in Armenia and, in particular, for my two guides, Nina and Raffi.

Both of them are truly special people and contributed enormously to making my trip to Armenia exactly as I had hoped it would be.

I spent my first tour with Nina, and I immediately appreciated her kindness, friendliness and the very natural way she introduced me to Armenia. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and visiting Yerevan, Garni and Geghard with her was a perfect introduction to the country and its history.

I would especially like to mention Raffi. As a teacher of Religion in an Italian school, with a particular interest in the history of religions and Christianity, I tend to pay great attention to historical and religious explanations. Raffi was simply excellent. His explanations were extremely detailed, accurate and never superficial. He was able to go deeper into many topics, answer my numerous questions and give me the historical and religious context I was really looking for.

Visiting places such as Khor Virap, Noravank, Matenadaran, Oshakan, Saghmosavank and, of course, Echmiadzin with him was a truly enriching experience. I did not simply visit these places: thanks to his explanations, I was able to understand them much better.

Beyond their professional skills, both Nina and Raffi are wonderful people. Their kindness, patience and availability made every day pleasant and relaxed. They were not simply guides accompanying me from one place to another; they really contributed to making my journey to Armenia perfect.

I had wanted to visit Armenia for a long time, especially because of my interest in its Christian history, and I returned to Italy completely satisfied with my experience. A large part of this is certainly thanks to Nina and Raffi.

Please share my sincere thanks and appreciation with both of them, and especially my compliments to Raffi for his extraordinary knowledge and the quality of his explanations.Thank you, Naira and the whole Hyur Service team, for the excellent organization and for choosing such professional and special people.
